Your weekly account fee starts the second Monday after you sign up.

Billing starts when a Jill answers and is counted in 15-second increments. Calls 15 seconds or less, like spam and hang-ups, aren't billed.

No. Unused minutes don't roll over to the next billing period.

Yes. You can cancel anytime. Annual plans are paid upfront, and in return you get lower per-minute rates and no setup fee, so annual fees are non-refundable.
